The amount of water required to supply the entire island of Paros is about 1.600.000 cubic meters per year. The main sources of water are 30 drillings as well as the desalination plant of the community of Naoussa. After pumping, the water is stored in suitable tanks to stabilize the pressure and balance the consumption flow. The number of tanks is 25, with a total capacity of 14.310 cubic meters.
Also for the supply of water there are 7 pumping stations working on a 24-hour basis.
The following tables detail the water drillings with their corresponding supply, the tanks with their respective capacity and the water pumping stations, in each of the geographic area they are installed.
